摘    要:以红灯(Prunus L.)品种为试材,研究了温室栽培樱桃叶片中7种矿质营养元素(Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,Ca,Mg,K)含量的动态变化及其相关性.结果表明:开花期至果实成熟期,樱桃叶片中Cu,Zn含量显著下降;Fe,Mn,Ca,Mg,K含量显著增加.果实采后生长发育阶段,Fe元素含量极显著下降且略有回升,其他6种元素变化平缓(或增加或下降).Cu与Mn,Zn元素分别呈极显著负相关和正相关;Ca与Mn和Cu,Zn元素分别呈极显著正相关和负相关;K,Mg元素与Cu元素呈显著和极显著负相关,与Mn,Fe,Ca,Mg元素呈显著或极显著正相关.

Abstract:The dynamic contents variation of Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,Ca,Mg,K in leaf of sweet cherry "Hongdeng" cultivated in solar green-house and their correlation were studied.From flowering to fruit maturation,the contents of Cu and Zn in leaf decreased sharply while the contents of Fe,Mn,Ca,Mg and K increased markedly.After the fruits being harvested,the contents of Fe increased a little after decreasing significantly,but others changed slowly(increased or decreased).There were distinctly positive correlation between Cu and Zn,Ca and Mn,meanwhile a distinctly negative correlation existed between Cu and Mn,Ca and Cu,Zn.The contents of K and Mn correlated negatively or most negatively to Cu,but positively or most positively correlated to Mn,Fe,Ca and Mg.
