| Abstract: | The physical properties and nutritional qualities of 12 high-quality protein（QPM） inbred line in Northwest of China were measure and analysis by using five class（1,2,3,4,5） endosperm hardness.By applying NCII Design,three test species with 1,2 endosperm hardness hybrid were combined with nine species with 3,4,5 endosperm hardness,and 27 test crosses were formed.The production ability of these test crosses were analyzed.The results show that：the harder the endosperm,the better the physical characters and the poorer the protein quality of kernds.The crosses with the highest positive SCA effect values for yield per plant were QI205×Y76,and QI205×Y77.The endosperm hardness of Offspring was all 3. |
