摘    要:基于Huybrechts线性组合算符法,采用Lee—Low-Pines幺正变换和变分技术研究了磁场中量子棒内抛物限制势下电子一体纵光学声子强耦合磁极化子基态的回旋共振特性,推导出磁极化子回旋共振频率和光学声子平均数与磁场的回旋频率、电子一声子耦合强度、量子棒的纵横比和受限强度的变化规律。数值结果表明:磁极化子的光学声子...

The Cyclotron Resonance Characteristics of Magnetopolaron and the Average Number of Optical Phonons in the Quantum Rods

Abstract:Based on the method of the Huybrechts linear combination operator,the cyclotron resonance characteristics of electron-longitudinal optical phonons strongly-coupling magnetopolaron on the ground-state under parabolic confinement potential in the quantum rods within a magnetic field were studied,and the variation law of the cyclotron resonance frequency,the average optical phonon number of magnetopolaron change with cyclotron frequency of magnetic field,the electron-phonon coupling strength,aspect ratio of quantum rods and confinement strength are derived by using the Lee-Low-Pines unitary transformation and various techniques.Numerical results show that the average number of optical phonon and cyclotron resonance frequency of magnetopolaron will increase with the growth of the cyclotron frequency of magnetic field,while the electron-phonon coupling strength and the confinement strength of quantum rods decrease with the increase of aspect ratio of quantum rods.
