不同基因型水稻旱作剑叶的生理特性

摘    要:在旱作条件下对3个不同基因型水稻开花后8~40d剑叶叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量、MDA含量、SOD活性、POD活性等生理指标进行了测定分析。结果表明:不同基因型水稻开花后8~40d剑叶SOD活性和可溶性糖含量都呈明显下降趋势,脯氨酸含量和MDA含量则呈明显上升趋势;品种52-7剑叶SOD活性和脯氨酸含量始终保持较高水平,较适宜旱作。相关分析表明,SOD活性与MDA含量存在极显著线性负相关,SOD活性与可溶性糖含量存在极显著线性正相关;MDA含量与叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量存在显著线性负相关,脯氨酸含量与可溶性糖含量存在极显著线性负相关。

Abstract:The physiological characteristic of flag leaf of three rice varieties were studied 8-40 days after flowering under dry cultivation. The result indicated that SOD activation and soluble sugar content greatly decreased, while Proline content and MDA content greatly increased. SOD activation and Proline content of 52-7 were high, suggesting that this rice variety was suitable for dry cultivation. It was also found that there was a very significant negative linear correlation between SOD activation and MDA content, a very significant positive linear correlation between SOD activation and soluble sugar content, a significant linear negative correlation between MDA content and chlorophyll content and soluble sugar content, a very significant negative correlation between Proline content and soluble sugar content.
