苹果幼果发育期间Ca,Mg,K含量的变化

摘    要:以金冠、富士苹果为试材,分析了幼果发育时Ca,Mg,K含量的变化。结果表明:在幼果期(金冠在盛花后43d内,富士在盛花后45d内),与不发育的幼果相比,发育正常的幼果具有较高的干重、鲜重和Ca,Mg,K含量,以及较高的生长速率和Ca,Mg,K吸收速率。此外,正常发育的幼果生长速率与Ca,Mg,K吸收速率呈密切的正相关关系。

Abstract:The changes of content of Ca, Mg and K in the growth of Golden delicious and Fuji apple fruitlets were studied, the results indicated that during the fruitlet stage,i.e.within 43 days or 45 days after full bloom in Golden deliciou and Fuji apple respectively, the normal fruitlets had higher fresh weight, dry matter weight, and content of Ca, Mg and K as well as higher growth rate and uptake rate of Ca, Mg and K than those of abnormal ones.The growth rate of normal fruitlets was positively and closely related to uptake rate of Ca, Mg and K.
