| Abstract: | The paper elaborated the meanings and challenges of carrying out comprehensive quality oriented education of libraries in teachers' colleges and universities, put forward the new measures for establishing educational foundation with speciality characteristics, optimizing integration of educational resources and pushing forward quality oriented education in order to cultivate high quality talents and guarantee the strategies of strengthening our country. |
