摘    要:用生化检测法结合凝血试验等方法,初步测定了丝瓜伤流液中的抑菌成分。结果表明,丝瓜伤流液中含有多糖类物质;含有过氧化物酶、凝集素等蛋白类物质,且活性都稳定。没有检测出黄酮类、蒽醌、酚类、鞣质等成分。而生物碱和皂甙等,用不同方法测定的结果不同,丝瓜伤流液中是否含有这些成分尚不能确定。

Abstract:The antibacterial ingredients in bleeding sap from sponge gourd were preliminarily determined by routine biochemical test and coagulation test. The results showed that the bleeding sap of sponge gourd contained polysaccharide, peroxidase and plant lectin with stable activity, but flavonoids, phenols, tannin and anthraquinones were not found. However, detecting results of saponin and alkaloid were different with different detecting methods, which suggested that whether these two ingredients existed was not clear.
