摘    要:利用扫描电镜观察了燕山东段三种花灌木木半夏(Elaeagnus multiflora Thunb.)、达乌里胡枝子(Lespedeza daurica (Laxm.)Sehindl.)和蚂蚱腿子(Myripnois dioica Bge.)的叶表皮特征。结果表明:①蚂蚱腿子的上下表皮均无表皮毛分布;木半夏上下表皮都有表皮毛分布;达乌里胡枝子的表皮毛仅分布在下表皮。②达乌里胡枝子的上下表皮都有气孔分布;木半夏、蚂蚱腿子仅下表皮有气孔分布。③达乌里胡枝子的气孔下陷;木半夏、蚂蚱腿子的气孔不下陷。④木半夏、达乌里胡枝子、蚂蚱腿子的上下表皮细胞表面平缓。

Abstract:Epidermal characteristics of leaves in three flowering shrubs in the eastern part of Yanshan Mount were studied under SEM. The results indicate that:(1)There are no trichome on both upper and lower epidermis of leaves in Myripnois dioica Bge; but there are trichome on both upper and lower epidermis of leaves in Elaeagnus multiflora Thunb. There are trichome only on lower epidermis of leaves in Lespedeza daurica(Laxm. ) (2)There are stomata on both upper and lower epidermis of leaves in Lespedeza daurica(Laxm. ) Schindl; but there are stomata only on lower epidermis in the others. (3) The stomata of leaf epidermis in Lespedeza daurica(Laxm. ) Schindl sink, but those in both Elaeagnus multiflora Thunb and Myripnois dioica Bge do not. (4)The surface of leaf epidermis cell in the three flowering shrubs is smooth.
