| 摘 要： | 本文中心论点阐明了在政治课教学中,可以同步对学生进行从师能力的培养。其培养环节主要是通过强化课下预习和增强学生登台发言实践锻炼的临场指导,达到既进行了政治思想理论教育,又同步培养了学生做一名教师应具有的起码素质。

| Abstract: | In the paper the author demonstrated that students' ability as a teacher could be trained coincidely in class of teaching politics. It was achieved mainly by strengthening the students' preview and guidance of lecturing on the stage. So political theory and students' basic quality as a teacher were trained at once. |
