谷氨酸发酵废醪菌渣营养分析及其RNA的提取

摘    要:以豆粕、花生粕、棉籽粕为对照,测定了谷氨酸发酵废醪菌渣的主要营养成分,并用浓盐法提取其RNA。结果表明,谷氨酸发酵废醪菌渣蛋白质质量分数为430 g/kg,仅次于豆粕,高于花生粕和棉籽粕;游离氨基酸和赖氨酸含量明显高于3个对照样品,分别为对照样品的6~7倍和7~8倍;游离氨基酸包括必需氨基酸赖氨酸(Lys)、缬氨酸(Val)和亮氨酸(Leu)等5种,而对照样品中游离氨基酸只2~3种;粗纤维、粗脂肪和总糖含量明显均低于对照样品;谷氨酸发酵废醪菌渣中RNA质量分数为68.8 g/kg,高于啤酒酵母菌。提取得到的RNA制品纯度达到67.7%,与市售酵母RNA纯度相近。

Abstract:Compared with dregs of bean,peanut and cottonseed,the main nutrition of mycelium from the fermented refuse of glutamate was tested,and RNA in the mycelium was separated with the method of thick salt.The result showed that the content of protein in the mycelium was 430 g/kg,lower only than that in bean dreg and higher than the other 2 kinds of samples.The contents of free amino acid and lysine in the mycelium were significantly higher than that in the other 3 kinds of samples,6~7 times and 7~8 times higher respectively.There were 5 kinds of free amino acid in the mycelium,including necessary amino acid lysine,valine and leucine,while there were only 2~3 kinds of free amino acid in the others.The contents of crude fibre,fat and total carbohydrate in the mycelium were lower obviously than that in the others.The content of RNA in the mycelium was 68.8 g/kg,higher than that in beer yeast.The purity of RNA obtained from the mycelium was 67.7%,similar to that of yeast from the market.
