| 摘 要： | 鄱阳湖生态经济区上升为国家战略后,区内企业紧紧围绕"科学发展、绿色崛起"的总体战略,不断调整自身的企业文化建设战略,以适应生态经济发展的需要。作者在探讨鄱阳湖生态经济区企业文化建设历程基础上,归纳企业文化建设之特点和存在问题,进而提炼出发展鄱阳湖生态经济区企业文化的独特的基本趋势:协同创新性、文化生态性、区域文化性。

| Abstract: | The enterprise in the Poyang Lake ecology economic zone, rising from the national strategy, tightly encompass the overall strategy of ＂the science development, the green rise＂ and continually readjust own enterprise culture construction strategy to meet the ecology economy need . Therefore, this article tries hard to discuss enterprise culture construction course in the Poyang Lake Ecology Economic zone foundation, grasps characteristics and the questions existing in the enterprise culture construction, then refines enterprise culture unique basic tendency in the Poyang Lake Ecology Economic zone： Coordinating innovation feature , cultural ecology feature , regional culture feature. |
