氧化电位水与优氯净消毒效果的比较

通过氧化电位水与优氯净(优氯净液)对物体表面消毒效果的比较,以寻找更安全有效的消毒剂。用氧化电位水、500mg/L优氯净液分别对心内科治疗室台面进行擦拭消毒,并按消毒技术规范进行采样。同时将两种消毒液对工作人员的眼、鼻及咽部的不适感进行评分。结果:氧化电位水与500mg/L消毒液对台面上微生物的杀灭率分别为100‰和87.2‰。两种消毒液对医务人员的不适感评分分别为(0.266±0.7)分、(5±1.79)分。结论:氧化电位水具有强大的杀菌作用,对人体无毒、无刺激、对环境无污染,极大地保护了医护人员的身心健康,是一种绿色、环保的高效杀菌消毒剂。

Comparison of Effects between Electrolyzed-Oxidizing Water and Sodium Dichloroisocyanurate

Through the comparison of the object surface disinfection effects between electrolyzed-oxidizing water and sodium dichloroisocyanurate, the paper manages to find a safer disinfector. By using electrolyzed-oxidizing water, 500 mg/L Sodium Dichloroisocyanurate separately to disinfect cardiologie therapeutic department table-board and take a sample according to the disinfection technique specifications. Meanwhile, score according to the eyes, noses and pharyngeal discomfortableness on staff made by the two different disinfectors. Result： The kill ratio of electrolyzed-oxidizing water and sodium dichloroisocyanurate of microorganism on table-board were 100‰ and 87.2‰ respectively. And the discomfortableness on staff was scored （0.266±0.7）and（5±1.79）. Conclusion： electrolyzed-oxidizing water is powerful in sterilization, poisonless, anti-irritation, non-pollution in environment. So it can protect staff healthy physically and mentally to the most extent. It is an effective environmental disinfector.
