广泰福号与安源煤矿

汉阳铁厂成立后,煤焦短缺一直是制约其生产发展的瓶颈。萍乡士绅以此为契机,创建了以文氏家族为主体的广泰福号负责煤焦采运。但由于厂户的加价、煤焦质量的下降以及运输效率的低下,迫使官矿局不得不自行买山顶井。双方在采矿权问题上既合作又竞争,为近代官办矿业发展过程中的开采权变化的研究提供了视角。本文在原有出版资料的基础上结合契约文书的解读对这一问题进行探讨,提供一个个案。

Guangtaifu Brand and Anyuan Coal Mine

After the establishment of Hanyang Iron Works, the Char shortage was an obstacle to the production development. The esquires in Pingxiang seized this opportunity and set up Guangtai Brand with the Wens as the chief administrators to mine and transport Char. But the increased price, the low quality of Char and the inefficient transportation forced the official mine bureau to buy the peak mine on its own. Both sides cooperated and competed with each other on the mining property, which is valuable to the study of changes in mining property with the development of modern official-owned mines. The paper approaches this subject with existing publications and contract documents to show an individual case.
