| 摘 要： | 高职高专教育要适应现代社会人才培养多样性的需求,必须从单一的精英人才培养向多元化的大众教育转型,综合型、应用型人才培养已经成为高职高专发展的必然趋势。综合性、应用型人才的培养是高职高专经济类专业人才培养目标,也是高职高专教育的核心理念,实践教学环节改革是人才培养模式改革的重点。

| Abstract: | In order to adapt to the diversified needs of the modern society talents fostering in the higher vocational institutions,the fostering pattern should transform from single elite to multivariant mass education,and the trend is to foster comprehensive and practical talents.The fostering of comprehensive and practical talents is the talent fostering target of economics major,and it is the core idea of higher vocational education.The practical teaching link reform is the keynote of talent fostering model reform. |
