| 摘 要： | 对大学毕业生的工作满意度和职业生涯规划的373份有效问卷统计分析发现,大学生的职业生涯规划和工作满意度都处于中等水平,并且两者有非常显著性正相关;从各维度分析,除晋升满意度、领导满意度、福利满意度、奖励满意度和职业生涯规划无显著性相关外,其余都有显著性正相关。回归分析和典型相关分析表明,职业生涯规划对工作满意度有预测力。建议加强生涯规划辅导、建立组织生涯管理制度、建立工作满意度反馈监测制度。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the 373 copies of effective questionnaires on job satisfaction and career planning of college graduates, it has been found that the career planning and job satisfaction of college students are at medium level and they are obviously positive-correlated.
