A Concept Needs to be Redefined

This thesis aims at redefining the concept of national self-confidence in the sense of culture because of the obscurity and confusion in understanding and using the concept of national self-confidence.It regards national self-confidence as an inner belief towards national culture and believes that national self-confidence derives from a kind of cultural structure and displays some cultural characteristics different from national self-esteem and national self-conceit.
