| 摘 要： | 本研究根据诺尔斯成人教育理论,采用成人学习心理调查问卷,以四个专业的200名成人教育学生为样本,调查结果表明:成人学习最主要的心理特点是更加强调自主性学习;诺氏成人学习观基本符合中国成人学习心理;目前成人教学仍然存在儿童教学模式的影响。建议发展适合成人学习心理特点的灵活、自主、务实的现代教育与教学制度。

| Abstract: | Basing on the Knowles adult-education theory ,using the psychological questionnaire of adult studying , taking 200 students of adult education on four specialties, the result of this investigation shows: the main psychological characteristic of the adult education is that it emphasizes the independent study, the Knowles studying view generally conforms to the psychology of the Chinese adult .At present, adult education is still influenced by the child educational model. This paper suggests that the elastic, independent, practical modern education and teaching system should be developed which should be suitable for the psychological characteristic of the adult studying. |
