| 摘 要： | 现代环境伦理学给当前的农村环境综合整治以深刻启迪。农村环境综合整治是以科学发展观为指导,以净化洁化美化农村环境和提高农村群众生活质量为目标的环境治理与建设工程,是为了实现农村生态环境与经济社会可持续发展双赢价值目标,是优化农村生态环境的一种有效途径。它包括社区环境、农业生态环境和自然生态环境的治理与建设。

| Abstract: | The modern environment ethnics provides great enlightenments for the comprehensive improvement of rural environment nowadays. Guided by the Scientific Development Philosophy, the comprehensive improvement of rural environment is an environmental improvement and construction project, aiming to purify, clean, beautify the rural environment and improve the living quality of its people. And it is also one of the effective ways to optimize rural ecologic environment and achieve the win-win solution between rural ecological environment and sustainable development of economy and society. It includes the improvement and construction of community, agricultural and natural ecologicd environment. |
