DF-1 型泡沫剂的研制和应用

从提高钻井效率、保护孔壁、提高岩矿芯采取率的技术要求出发，研制了专门用于多工艺空气钻进配制泡沫液和泡沫泥浆的新型泡沫剂——ＤＦ－１型泡沫剂。用该泡沫剂配制的低密度钻井液体系适用于低压漏失、孔壁失稳、干旱缺水等复杂条件的钻进，取得了令人满意的成效。应用结果还表明，ＤＦ－１型泡沫剂在地热钻井、水文水井钻探、地质灾害治理工程中也有良好的应用效果。

PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF DF-1 FOAM AGENT

Startting from the technologic requirements of improving the drilling efficiency, extracting ratio of drill core and protecting hole walls in geologic drilling, a new type foam agent DF 1 is prepared. It is specially used to compound foam fluid and foam mud in versatile air drillings. The low density drilling fluid system made up by DF 1 foam agent is adapted to complex drilling conditions, such as the leakage of drilling fluid under a low pressure, unstablity of hole wall and shortage of water. The applied achievements demostrate that the DF 1 foam agent has good effects in the geothermal drilling, hydrological, well drilling and the engineering of controlling geologic disasters .
