摘    要:分析了研制 CX-1 2 0型气动潜孔锤取芯钻具的必要性 ;介绍了该钻具的结构、工作原理和野外应用试验情况。使用该钻具 ,具有岩矿芯采取率高 ,钻进效率高 ,钻孔质量好及钻具结构简单等特点 ,可以较好地解决干旱缺水、复杂地层的钻探和水文地质、工程地质勘察问题。

Abstract:Since the downhole hammer drilling method has many advantages, it is necessary to use the hammer drilling method in exploration engineering (for soil and rock sampling). This paper analyzes the necessity and introduces the structure and the work principle of Type CX-120 downhole hammer coring tool. The coring assembly package includes a core bit, swivel-type double tube,and a downhole hammer. Test matters of the coring tool are describled. The field test proves that Type CX-120 downhole hammer coring tool has high penetration rate and recorery, simple structure. It is reliable and acceptable in a varieties of formations. The coring tool is 80% recorery, 4.2 m/h ROP in a fractured formation, and 95% recorery, 5.9 m/h ROP in a dense formation.
