| 摘 要： | 随着林业各种特征信息的采集和处理的标准化,以地理信息系统为中心的"3S"一体化技术及网络技术为基础,采用现代科技方法,建立高精度的林业空间信息管理数据库,方便林业部门中进行天然林保护工程、退耕还林(草)工程、森林资源动态监测、资源数据管理、林权管理等管理,充分利用RS的实时性和动态性,达到林业可持续发展过程中的以信息提供、动态监测和辅助决策为目标的林业信息综合管理,实现动态管理与监测. |

| Abstract: | With the standardization of collection and processing on various characteritic information of forestry, based on 3S(RS, GIS, GPS) integrate techniques in which GIS is the kernel component and (network) technology, using modern sciences and techniques, a database managing forestry spatial (information) can be established. Using the database, it is easy to do forestry management, e.g. natural forest conservation program, engineering of reforestation, and forest resources development monitoring, resources data management, forest rights management, forest fire, etc. RS technique can provide GIS-(aided) decision, information management and monitor trends change and establish the forestry information management system during the sustainable development of forestry. |
