| 摘 要： | 社会工作是一门运用其价值观、专业知识和技巧为有需要的人群提供服务的助人专业,而其中价值观是社会工作的灵魂,它使社会工作与其他的助人专业有着本质上的区别.人本主义模式对社工介入有着深入的影响.本文探讨了人本主义模式及其与社会工作的内在联系,并通过社工实务中人本主义模式的运用,对该模式在实务中的本土化提出一些反思.

| Abstract: | Social work is a helping profession which serves for the people who are in need of help with its values, knowledge and technology. The value is the soul of social work, for it makes social work different from other helping professions. Person - centered therapy has an important influence on social work practice. The author discusses the link between person - centered therapy and social work. based on the practical experience of running groups, the author also discusses the indigenization of person - centered theory in China. |
