试论健全新农村社区公共服务供给体系

建设社会主义新农村是我国的一项重大历史任务，是解决“三农”问题的有效举措。农村社区公共服务供给体系之建构与完善关乎新农村建设的成败，构成“三农”问题的重要内涵。由于历史的原因，我国农村社区公共服务供给体系还严重短缺。在新时期，积极推进新农村社区建设，健全农村社区管理和服务体制，是时代赋予的责任，也是落实科学发展观、以人为本、实现全面小康、构建和谐社会的有效保证。
