议“少数民族高等教育招生政策”执行中的价值冲突——教育公平的视角

少数民族高等教育招生政策是少数民族教育优惠政策中的一种重要形式,政策在具体的执行过程中其最初的价值定位发生了扭曲,本文以教育公平为基点,结合罗尔斯"正义即公平"的"正义论原则",对执行中表现出的个体价值冲突、民族价值冲突、国家价值冲突形式进行分析,并通过正义两大优先原则的梳理,探索对少数民族招生政策价值冲突的最终定位。

Study on the Value Conflict of Higher Education Enrollment Policy of Ethnic Minority——A Perspective of Educational Equity

The higher education enrollment policy of ethnic minority is an important form of preferential policies for ethnic minority education.However,in the policy execution,its original value orientation is distorted.This essay takes educational equity as the basic point and combines with Rawls’ theory of justice,to analyze the forms of individual value conflict,ethnic conflict and nation conflict.Then by combing the two priority principles of justice,this paper explored the value conflict’s final location of enrollment policy for ethnic minority.
