马克思经济学分析的根本宗旨是批判和否定资本主义。后现代理论大师鲍得里亚对马克思学说的解构，将目标指向马克思的经济学分析，其典型手法是：不顾及马克思对资本主义经济制度进行批判的具体现点，而集中力量对马克思在批判工作中使用的基础概念(生产、劳动、使用价值)进行破坏性的解读，最后达到瓦解历史唯物主义学说的目的。鲍得里亚对马克思的解构通过对现实历史过程的否定而间接认可了当下资本主义的权力关系。

Marx and Baudrillard: Two Productive Processes of Theory with Different Purposes

Since the basic purpose of Marx's economics analysis was to criticize and deny Capitalism, Baudrillard, a modern theorist of philosophy, tries to explain the structure of Marx's theory. Regardless of the detailed critic points from Marx on Capitalistic System, Baudrillard focuses on the destructive explanation of basic concept in Marx's criticism, such as production, labor, value, etc. so as to disintegrate historical materialism. Baudrillard accepts indirectly the current power relation of Capitalism by denying the realistic historical process in his explanation.
