| 摘 要： | 目前学术界对于国际文化秩序问题还存在颇多争议，关于是否存在国际文化秩序这一概念本身还没有达成共识。通过对国际文化秩序进行理论分析和历史考察，探讨国际文化秩序的概念、制约因素以及性质，在此基础上分析国际文化秩序的历史演变，并归纳三个不同阶段的国际文化秩序的特征。

| Abstract: | There is much disputation on the international cultural order in the present academic circles.The article tries to analyze the concept of the international cultural order and the nature from the theory and history of the international cultural order.On the base of this,it analyzes the historical evolvement of the international cultural order,and concludes three characters of the different international cultural order's phases. |
