| 摘 要： | 党的十七大提出了"转变经济发展方式"、"建设生态文明"的新理念,贵州经济落后但生态环境良好,应该充分发挥自身优势,紧紧抓住生态文明建设的新机遇,以生态文明建设为目标,转变经济发展方式,牢固树立生态文明观念,加强生态环境保护,建立和完善相关制度,促进我省经济社会由农业文明、工业文明向生态文明的历史性跨越。

| Abstract: | Transformation of Economic Development and Construction of Ecological Civilization are two new concepts put forth in the 17th Congress of CPC.Guizhou province is ecologically privileged although it is economically disadvantaged.Therefore, it is advised that we make full use of its advantages to promote the historic advance from agricultural and industrial civilization to ecological civilization. And for that purpose we should grasp this new opportunity and transform the developing mode.Moreover,we should have a firm belief in ecological civilization to strengthen the eco-environment protection,and set up and improve the corresponding systems. |
