| 摘 要： | 对大学生进行职业生涯辅导是当务之急.本文择重介绍与职业生涯规划有关的霍兰德人格类型理论,并尝试对大学生进行有针对性的职业生涯辅导.通过不同或者交叉人格类型的分析,对大学生进行职业生涯辅导可通过四个基本步骤展开.
