推进贵州农业产业化的政策取向

农业产业化是深化农村经济改革的突破口，农业产业化的过程也是政府职能的优化过程。推进农业产业化要规范政府行为，政府对农业产业化的发展要有正确的定位，把农业产业化作为系统工程来抓，要注重自身并引导相关方面进行改革与创新，建立协调的利益机制，进行组织创新与产权改革，促进农业产业集约化、规模化发展，并强化龙头企业的培育与建设。

Agricultural industrialization, as the breakthrough of deepening rural economic reforms, goes with the optimization of government functions. To promote agricultural industrialization, the government actions should be regulated. The government should correctly orientate the development of agricultural industrialization and take it as systematic work. It is supposed to take the lead in the reforms and innovations, to set up a harmonious interest mechanism, to organize the property right reform, to advance the intensive and large-scale farming, and to accelerate the construction of the leading enterprises.
