陶瓷颗粒和小麦秸秆粉混合物堆密度的研究

摘    要:测定了不同混合比例的陶瓷颗粒和小麦秸秆粉混合物含气堆密度、填充堆密度 .提出了陶瓷颗粒和小麦秸秆粉质量比为 1 :2~ 1 :3 2范围内混合物的堆密度和各成分理论体积系数之间关系的数学关系式 .为热解设备的计算提供了提供了依据

Abstract:Bulk densities of mixture of wheat stalk powder and ceramic micro-beads with various ratios were measured by experiment for designing biomass pyrolysis equipment.The results showed that bulk density of mixture is linear to theoretical volumetric coefficiency.An equation was proposed for calculating mixture density by using apparent bulk density and theoretical volumetric coefficiency.According to experiment,apparent bulk densities of wheat stalk powder and ceramic micro-beads are higher than bulk densities of those pure materials.
