摘    要:根据气相色谱 飞行时间质谱的总离子流图测得芦根提取物中 8种脂肪酸和脂肪酸酯的相对含量为 2 5.7% .利用飞行时间质谱所提供的具有精确质量的分子离子峰和特征碎片离子峰并参考谱图检索结果 ,确认了 8种化合物的分子结构 ,对不同类型的酸和酯的裂解规律作了细致的分析和归纳 .本工作对指导临床用药和成分结构分析具有现实意义 .

Abstract:aliphatic acids and esters in the extract of phizoma phragmitis were determined in a relative content of 25.7% according to TIC of GC-TOFMS. Using molecular ion peaks and characteristic fragment ion peaks with exact masses, which were provided by TOFMS, and consulting the results of spectral search the molecular structures of the 8 compounds were confirmed. Careful analysis was done of the cleavage regularity of TOFMS of different kinds of acids and esters. This work can provide useful guidance for clinical use of medicines and the analysis of their components and structures.
