| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于ＧＰ－ＩＢ总线技术组建的固体继电器电参数自动测试系统,详细阐述了系统的结构、参数的测试和同步方法。实际使用和检测表明,系统具有结构合理、测量精度和可靠性高的特点,可推广应用于类似的自动测试系统。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces a set of automated test system (ATS) of electrical parameters of solid state relay, which is based on GP IB bus technology. The system structure, testing methods of parameter and synchronization methods are presented in detail. Results of the experiments and tests show that ATS contains the features of a reasonable structure, high precision and reliability. It can have applications in similar ATS too. |
