以印刷电路板的制造过程为背景，总结了柔性制造／装配系统各种柔性的定义。基于柔性制造系统的柔性既取决于设备本身的性能，也取决于对驱动柔性制造／装配系统自动运行的指令的认识，指出了柔性与大Ｍ制造各个过程的决策问题的关键框架。还指出一种新的部分柔性制造系统生产能力规划与生产线设计的模型，并分析探讨了决策问题的求解方法。『

Flexibilities and Decision-Making Problems in Flexible Manufacturing Systems

Flexibility of manufacturing systems has conventionally been associated with their ability to manufacture a variety of part types or products. However, flexible automation has introduced several process oriented dimensions to flexibility. This paper attempts to summarize these dimensions. Based on the point of view that flexibilities come from flexible machines and relative decision making results that drive these machines, a schematic relationship between flexibilities and decision models in big M manufacturing is presented. A new model that involves almost all levels of big M manufacturing processes is presented. A brief discussion is given on the solution approaches to the models.
