安徽堇菜属的谱系分支分析

论在对安徽堇菜属植物18种种子，16种花，21种叶片微形态特征观察的基础上，结合专，植物志和其它献所描述的形态解剖特征对该属25种植物进行了谱系分支研究，通过选出30个性状，以鼠鞭草属遥鼠鞭草为外类群，并通过外类群比较法来确定性状极性，然后用Henning86程序进行分析，结果表明紫花地丁，白花地丁，菜比较进化，而三色堇比较原始，并且发现该分类系统与经典的分类有很大的出入。

Cladistic Analysis of Phylogenetic Relationships Among Viol a from Anhui

According to the observation of the seed coat of 18 spieces,pollen morphology of 16 spieces and epidermal of 21 spieces, the micromo rphology characters are combined with macromorphotogy data from monographs , floa and other literature. A cladistic analysis of viola from Anhui was carrie d out using 30 characters by the Henning 86 program. 25 specis sampled from with in the genus were considered the terminal taxa. Polarity of the characters is de termined using the outgroup(H.enneaspermus)comparison method. The analysis yield ed 101 eq ually parsimonious cladograms, each 126 steps long with aconsiteney index of 41. The resulting cladograms chosen indicated that V.phiippica, V.patrinii, V.verec unda are advanced and V.tricolor is primitive and that this classification syste m is very different from the traditional one.
