摘    要:在许多的微生物发酵和培养过程中,控制碳源(葡萄糖)是实现过程优化的关键.但是葡萄糖等碳源电极价格昂贵,且不能在线灭菌,限制了其应用范围.基于电容法测量细胞密度可以在线灭菌,与细胞干重、OD(光密度)值等生物指标有很好的对应关系,本文实现了基于动力学模型用细胞密度检测数据对发酵底物浓度的预测控制.用遗传算法建立的微生物反应过程动力学模型对分批发酵过程有较好的模拟效果.几次发酵结果对比表明,本文的方法可有效提高目的产物的产量,对制药、食品等工业发酵具有借鉴意义.

Abstract:In many of the microbial fermentation and training processes,the control of carbon source(glucose) is key to achieving process optimization.However,glucose and other carbon electrodes are expensive,and can not be sterilized online,which limits its scope of application.Cell density measured by capacitance theory,which can be on online sterilization,have a good correspondence with cell dry weight,OD(optical density) values and other biological indicators.Based on the kinetic model,real-time control of substrate concentration was implemented with the cell density from fermentation detect data.The established microbial reaction kinetics model of the batch fermentation process using genetic algorithms yielded a good simulation results.A comparison of several fermentation results shows that this method can effectively improve the production of end products,which can be of some referential value by pharmaceutical,food and other fermentation industries.
