摘    要:沸腾式流化床系统具有多变量耦合、大时滞、大惯性的特点,而自抗扰控制器(activedisturbance rejection control,ADRC)可以将多回路耦合看作干扰进行实时估计并加以补偿.为此在分析该类系统动态特性的基础上,设计了具有解耦能力的完全分散自抗扰控制器.针对含时滞的回路,并联加入误差的比例,改进了ADRC的控制效果;根据实际对象的控制要求,进行负荷给定值扰动和给煤量扰动仿真实验,与加入静态解耦环节的PI控制效果进行比较.结果表明,对于文中所述的一类多变量系统,本文所设计的自抗扰控制系统结构简单、参数整定方便,并且可以获得良好的控制效果和较强的鲁棒性.

Abstract:Bubbling a fluidized bed is a system characterized by multivariable coupled,long time delay and big inertia.Based on the analysis of the dynamic performance of this kind of systems,a thoroughly-decentralized active disturbance rejection control(ADRC) system is designed,where the cross-couplings between control loops are treated as "disturbance",estimated in real time and rejected;A parallel proportion of error is added to the loop with time delay,improving the control effect.Based on the practical requirements,a simulation of load set point tracking and fuel feed disturbance rejection is carried out,and the result is compared with a PI control system with static decoupling.The simulation result shows that the designed ADRC system has a simple structure and it is easy to tune the controller.Moreover,the designed control system has good performance and strong robustness.
