摘    要:本文论述了凹凸棒石(Attapulgite)吸附剂对Fe2O3系陶瓷湿敏性能的影响.研究结果表明:用5%-8%的ATI替代Fe2O3-Al2O3-K2O系中Al2O3制得的湿敏陶瓷,具有优良的敏感特性和稳定性.材料稳定原因是由于在主晶相表面上形成有多孔结构的玻璃层,提高了材料抗污染能力,同时在该层中保留了有助于提高电导和灵敏度的K+,使其不易溶解,仅在表面上进行水分子吸附,解吸可逆变化.

Abstract:he paper deals with the investigation on the effect of edditives on humidity sensitivity of Fe2O3 ceramic systems.Fe2O3 ceramics containing 8% Attapulgite(ATI) and a certain content of K2O exhibits a good stability and an optimum humidity sensitivity.This might be attributed to the formation of a porous glassy layer in Fe2O3 ceramics.The glassy layer provides an improved property of pollution resistance and hence a better sensitivity and selectivity to water,as the adsorption and desorption of water takes place only on the porous glass surface.The incorporation of K2O into Fe2O3 promotes the conductivity and hence the humidity sensitivity of the device.
