摘    要:针对第三代移动通信系统WCDMA的标准中的下行连续公共导频信道,提出了自适应加权的多符号平均的信道估计算法,它包括信道变化速率的检测和信道估计器权重自适应调整两个部分。仿真结果表明,自适应信道估计算法在误比特率性能上优于纯粹的多符号平均或者不取平均的信道估计方法,且该算法复杂度小,易于在硬件上实现。

Abstract:A novel adaptive weighted multi-symbol averaging ( AWMSA) channel estimation algorithm with PCPICH is presented for WCDMA downlink channel using coherent RAKE combining. It consists of two parts: a channel fadin g-rate detector and a selector for choosing the most suitable accumulation weig ht. The performance achievable with coherent RAKE combining using the proposed A WMSA channel estimation algorithm is evaluated by computer simulations in a freq uency selective multipath Rayleigh fading channel and the simulation results ind icate that AWMSA channel estimation algorithm works better than whole averaging or non-averaging algorithm.
