摘    要:为了适应同步辐射应用技术发展的需要,我们对NRSL光电子能谱站的控制系统进行了改造,并设计出由3个16bit D/A转换而成的精度较高的18bit D/A.经过对其稳定性、重复性进行测试表明18bit D/A达到设计要求.经过对Au 4f的XPS测试,改造后的总分辨率优于400meV.

Abstract:In order to meet the needs new scientific experiments, the control system of photoelectron spectroscopy station at NSRL was reconstructed. A new kind of 18 bit D/A was designed, which is composed of three 16 bit D/A. Its stability and repetition were tested. The test results show that the resolution of the photoelectron spectroscopy is better than 400 meV.
