低噪声变截面弹性连杆机构的优化设计

摘    要:以减小噪声辐射为目的,对变截面弹性连杆机构的优化设计进行了研究.构造了变截面梁单元的位移模式,采用有限元法建立其运动微分方程.以机构杆件截面参数为设计变量,以机构的声辐射功率和机构杆件质量的加权和作为目标函数,利用改进的约束变尺度法进行优化分析,最后通过算例验证了所述方法的有效性.

Abstract:The optimization of the flexible linkage mechanism with nonuniform cross sections for noise attenuation was studied.The displacement model of the beam element with nonuniform cross section was discussed,and the dynamic equations of the mechanism were deduced with FEM.The parameters of cross sections were taken as the design variables,and the sum of weighted power and weighted structural mass of the mechanism was taken as the performance index.Optimization was carried out with the modified constrained variable metric method.At last,a simulation was carried out to verify the presented method.
