Bi2Sr2Ca1—xPrxCu2O8+δ系列超导体的电子结构研究

摘    要:采用常规X射线光电子能谱和同步辐射光电子能谱分别研究了超导系列样品Bi2Sr2Ca1-xPrxCu2O8+δ的芯能级谱和价带谱,讨论了这一系列样品电子结构变化的机制.实验发现随着Pr的掺杂,各芯能级谱和价带谱的位移都不同,根据Ca2p谱的变化规律,可认为Pr离子主要占据Ca离子格位

Abstract:A numerical simulation code is written to provide spontaneous emission results, which include the effect of the beam emittance and energy spread. Statistical averaging is carried out by weighted averaging of the initial eletron moments and energy distribution. The measured magnetic field values are adopted to calculate (the influence of the transverse position is considered). The spontaneous emission results of the beams with different emittance and energy spread are presented. The influence of the emittance, energy spread, off axis and oblique axis on the modulation rate is discussed.
