| 摘 要： | 比较了Ｔｉ／ＳｎＯ２＋Ｓｂｘ／ＰｂＯ２电极与Ｔｉ／ＰｂＯ２电极在电解Ｍｎ＾２＋体系中的析氧极化曲线、Ｍｎ＾２＋的氧化极化曲线和电极寿命，发现加入中间层后的Ｔｉ／ＳｉＯ２＋ＳｂＯｘ／ＰｂＯ２电极对Ｍｎ＾２＋的电氧化有更好的催化活性和较长的使用寿命。用正交实验法探讨影响Ｍｎ＾２＋→Ｍｅ＾３＋＋ｅ电极过程的因素，找出以Ｔｉ／ＳｂＯｘ／ＰｂＯ２电极为阳极用无隔膜电解槽电解Ｍｎ＾２＋的最佳工艺条件，在此条件

| Abstract: | Polarization curves of oxygen evolution, polarization curves of Mn 2 oxidation and the lifetime in the electrooxidation of manganese(II) between the Ti/SnO 2 SbO x/PbO 2 electrode and the Ti/PbO 2 electrode were compared, and the results demonstrated that the electrocatalytic activity and electrochemical stability of the Ti/SnO 2 SbO x/PbO 2 electrode were superior to the Ti/PbO 2 electrode. The optimum conditions for the electrooxidation of manganese(II) taking the Ti/SnO 2 SbO x/PbO 2 electrode as anode in non membrane cell were given by orthogonal experiment. Current efficiency under optimum conditions was maintained at around 95.6%. |
