| 摘 要： | 采用一种等范数滤波的方法，从ＪＰＥＧ量化阵获得一组小波变换域视觉加权系数，并结合基于尺度相关性的Ｚｅｒｏ树熵编码技术，实现了一种小波图象压缩算法，同ＪＰＥＧ压缩算法的比较表明，这种方法在信噪比和主观质量上都有明显的改善．

| Abstract: | he design of quantizer and coder is crucial in still image compression.An "Equal Norm Filtering"algorithm are introduced and a set of visual weighted coefficients is calculated for wavelet transform from JPEG visual quantizer.Also with zero tree based entropy coder,a wavelet transform image compression alsorithm is realized.Experiments show that this algorithm is better than JPEG both in objective and subjective quality. |
