插图影响高中生阅读的研究——来自眼动的证据

摘    要:阅读对人们的正常生活发挥着重要的作用,对高中生更是如此。在学习中,阅读代表着知识的获得。阅读是一种复杂的、主动思维的过程,是根据已有知识和经验对文本信息进行筛选、验证、加工和组合的思维过程,眼动记录可以解释这一复杂过程的诸多细节信息。本研究使用德国SMI公司生产的Hi-speed眼动仪,采用2(配图:有/无)×2(难度:难/易)的双因素混合设计,对28名高中生在阅读有无配图且难易不同的中文材料过程中的阅读理解指标和眼动指标进行考察。结论:在阅读难的程序性材料时,插图有助于阅读的理解;在简单程序性材料中,配置插图是不必要的。

Abstract:Reading plays a very important role in people’s normal life,especially for high school students.In the student studies,reading represents the acquisition of knowledge.Reading is a complex and active thinking process,and eye movement recording can explain some details of this complex process.Hi-speed Eye Tracker made by German SMI company was used in this research.This research used a 2(illustrations:with/without)×2(difficulty: difficult/easy) design of mixing two factors and 28 high school students as subjects.We investigated how the reading comprehension index and the eye movement index looked like when these students read articles within or without any illustrations at different level of difficulty.The results are as follows: In reading the difficult procedural article,illustrations help individual to understand;but In simple procedural article,it is unnecessary.
