高校教师职业倦怠现状及其对策分析——以海南高校为例

摘    要:采用问卷调查法和访谈法对海南省198名高校教师进行职业倦怠现状调查,结果发现:高校教师职业倦怠累计检出率为62.1%,成就感降低是困扰高校教师的最主要因素(检出率为38.6%),其职业倦怠现状不容忽视。海南省高校教师职业倦怠在性别、年龄、职称、学历及经济收入上都存在一定的差异。可以从完善良性的社会支持系统、建立科学人性化的教育评价体系、引导个体自我心理调节三个方面来干预高校教师的职业倦怠。

Abstract:To investigate job burnout status of university teachers in Hainan Province,198 university teachers were assessed by CMBI and Interview.The result shows that the cumulative incidence rates were 62.1%,and the reduced personal accomplishment is a major factors which troubled them(the incidence rates were 38.6%),so the circumstance of the university teachers' job burnout is worried.There are some different extents of job burnout in teachers with different sex,age,professional rank,education degree and economic...
