温州地区高师生需要结构及其发展态势调查与分析

摘    要:本文运用需要状况调查问卷,并结合访谈法,对随机整群抽取的温州师范学院四个年级的406名本科高师生进行了调查研究。结果发现:第一,高师生的需要是多层次的,其中学习需要是高师生的主导需要,在高师生主要需要中占据第一位,达到65.8%;第二,不同生源、性别、年级、学科的高师生在需要结构及其发展态势上存在一定的差异;第三,影响高师生需要结构及其发展态势的心理因素有:对学生的态度、自我学业评价、自我心理评价、自我表现评价、自我人际关系评价等五方面因素。

Abstract:With the questionnaire of needs structure and the method of talking, we investigated 406 students in Wenzhou teachers college randomly, who come from different grades and classes. The study shows: students'needs structure in Wenzhou teachers college has three levels: there is leading need i.e.study need, which is the first need of the main needs. According to birthplace, sex, grade and discipline, there are significant differences in needs structure and developing state. There are five factors influencing students-needs structure and developing state.They are the attitude of study, self-evaluation of study, self-evaluation of mentality, self-evaluation of expression, self-evaluation of interpersonal relationships.
