| 摘 要： | 行政调查权是行政机关在执行职权中广泛运用的权力,它必须是基于“信息、协调和参与”的理念,对调查权进行合理、有效的法律控制,主要应从行政调查的实施主体和它的法定程序入手。行政调查在实践中实施可能出现的问题,是一个值得探讨的问题,也是在未来行政程序立法应予注意的法律问题。
