| 摘 要： | 新颁布的《普通高校学生管理规定》确立了一系列依法治校、维护学生合法权益的新规则,高校学生管理法治化是依法治国和高校改革发展的必然要求。在学生管理法治化进程中,我们必须正确认识高校与学生之间的法律关系,正确处理高校特殊权利与大学生权利之间的关系,树立依法管理的学生管理理念,从实体上和程序上真正做到依法管理。
