有氧健身操对女性老年人身心健康的作用

摘    要:采用文献资料调研、追踪调查、心率测试等方法研究了有氧健身操对女性老年人身心健康的影响.结果表明:经过一年的有氧健身操的训练,发现平时经常参加健身舞(操)锻炼的女性老年人,其锻炼年限越长心肺功能指标越好,并在体质、精神状态、记忆力及学习能力等方面收效显著.可见科学合理的有氧健身操运动对女性老年人的身心健康有益,与长走(散步)、慢跑等运动项目相比是更为有效的一种健身方法.

Abstract:This essay is to study the affect of cardio to old female's physical and mental health with method of cultural material heritage,testing of the heart rate,etc.It shows that the longer the old female people take this kind of exercise,the stronger their hearts and lungs function are,and their Physical endowment,mental state memory and the ability of studying have improved.It's evident that cardio is good for old female people's body and mind.It's a more useful method to build one's body than walking,jogging and so on.
