用探针法测定材料的导热系数

摘    要:根据线热源理论,设计制作了用于测定材料导热系数的探针,研究了接触热阻、加热功率和加热时间对测定导热系数的影响。用探针测定了松散材料、保温材料、土壤和地下岩心的导热系数,实验研究表明。探针法测导热系数具有快速、简便的特点,是测定土壤和保温材料导热系数的有效方法。

Abstract:The heated probe for measuring thermal conductivity of materials is designedand made based on the theory of line heat source.The effects of thermal contact resistance.heating power and heat-up time on measurement of themal conductivity are studied.Thermalconductivities of loose materials, heat insulators,soils and underground cores were measuredwith the self-made heated probe,The experimental results show that the heated probe method iseffective for measuring the thermal conductivity of soil and heat insulator.This method hassome advantages of quick measuring and convenient operating.
